सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी विशेष सूचना

शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२१-२२ साठीची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया चालू झाली आहे.

आपल्या महाविद्यालयात खालील प्रमाणे seats उपलब्ध आहेत.

FYBA – 120

SYBA – 120

TYBA – 120

FYBCOM – 360 (तीन divisions – यामध्ये पहिल्या दोन अनुदानित आणि तिसरी division विनाअनुदानित आहे.  ह्या division साठी अधिक फी आहे.  २४० प्रवेश झाल्यावर तिसऱ्या division साठी प्रवेश चालू होईल. )

SYBCOM – 240 (दोन divisions)

TYBCOM – 240 – यामध्ये Computer विषयासाठी ५० आणि Taxation साठी १२० जागा उपलब्ध आहेत, ज्या गुणवत्तेच्या आधारावर (merit list) भरल्या जातील. 

FYBA आणि FYBCOM साठीची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया विद्यापीठाच्या वेळापत्रकाप्रमाणे होईल.

SY आणि TY साठी आलेल्या अर्जांनुसार प्रवेश घेऊ शकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांची पहिली यादी ११ ऑगस्ट २०२१ रोजी नोटीस बोर्डावर लावण्यात येईल – तसेच महाविद्यालयाच्या संकेत स्थळावर

इथे उपलब्ध असेल.  त्यामध्ये TYBA आणि TYBCOM च्या विद्यार्थ्यांना कोणते विषय मिळाले आहेत त्याचाही उल्लेख असेल.  

त्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्यांनी दिलेल्या सूचनेनुसार फी भरायची आहे.  फी भरून त्याची पावती online form मध्ये upload करायची आहे.

त्यानंतर विद्यापीठामध्ये नोंदणी करून तिथे मिळालेली पावती online admission form मध्ये upload करायची आहे.

Form acceptance – प्रवेश यादीत नाव – फी भरणे – विद्यापीठ नोंदणी – हे चारही टप्पे पूर्ण झाल्यावर प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होईल.

ज्यांच्या पहिल्या ते चौथ्या सेमीस्टर च्या निकालासंबंधी काही तक्रारी आहेत त्यांचे निवारण करण्याचे काम चालू आहे.  ते पूर्ण झाल्यावर त्यांना नव्या गुणपत्रिका देण्यात येतील आणि त्याआधारे ते प्रवेश घेऊ शकतील.

Guide to the admission process

Warning – Don’t upload false documents and provide false information. Your admission will be cancelled if you provide wrong information. फॉर्ममध्ये चुकीची माहिती भरू नका आणि चुकीचे दस्तऐवज अपलोड करू नका. तसे केल्याचे आढळल्यास तुमचा प्रवेश रद्द होऊ शकतो.

Documents you will require

1. SSC certificate
2. HSC certificate
3. FY semester 1 & 2 marksheet (for SY students)
4. FY and SY (Semester 1 to 4 marksheets – for TY students)
5. Leaving certificate
6. Your Aadhar card
7. Aadhar card of your of any one of your parents/guardians
8. Bank account details (Bank passbook or blank cheque has all the required information)
9. Your passport size photograph

Admission Process : Steps

1. Click on Sign up
2. Select if you are a previous student (with gap) or an existing student or a new student
3. तुम्ही FY आणि SY मध्ये डॉ. टी. के. टोपे रात्र महाविद्यालयाचे विद्यार्थी असाल तर ‘Previous student’ हा पर्याय निवडा.  डॉ. टी. के. टोपे रात्र महाविद्यालयात नव्याने प्रवेश घेत असाल तर ‘New admission’ हा पर्याय निवडा.
4. If you are a previous or existing student enter your 8 digit id – Search your ID here.
5. FYBA & FYBCom सर्व नवीन प्रवेश असतील
6. Click Sign up after you enter your correct ID
7. Check and edit your name, if required. Add your mother’s name, if not provided earlier.
8. Create your username and password and remember it. You will require it while you login again.
9. Add your mobile number
10. Check your email
11. Select gender, faculty, year
12. Click Sign up
13. You will get the message – “Student registered successfully.”
14. Click OK and login with your newly created username and password.
15. You will see the message “Welcome to your dashboard”
16. Click on admission form in the left panel
17. Check the details – faculty, last name, first name, father’s/husband’s name, mother’s name
18. Enter residential address – local address – the address where you stay now.
19. Enter native address if any
20. Check Email displayed
21. Check Phone number displayed
22. Enter alternate mobile number (optional)
23. Enter birthdate
24. Your age will be calculated on the basis of date of birth you entered.  Recheck your date of birth.
25. Enter state, district, taluka, nationality, domicile, gender, caste category, religion, married status, mother tongue, height, weight, blood group
26. Upload passport size photograph 
27. Fill details of your academic record – keep your SSC and HSC certificate and FY/SY/TY mark sheets handy while entering these details.
28. Aadhar card details (your aadhar number and the number of one of your parents or guardians)
29. Your savings bank account details are required – in case of any reserved category – It should be a Central Bank savings account.
30. Signature of any one of your parents or guardians is required.
31. TYBA students – select the combination of subjects you want to offer
32. TYBCom students may select any two from the four optional subjects – Export, Labour, Computer and Tax. But College will finally decide the two optional subjects you can offer on the basis of merit. A list will be displayed here and the College notice board later.
33. Complete the form
34. Upload all necessary documents
35. Get your marksheets from College office
36. After submitting the form you will get a message of approval on your email address. Check for the message in the spam folder.

39. After approval, complete the University registration with same list of subjects shown in College approval list.
40. Upload the University registration document to your form
41. After that you will get the fee payment details.
42. Pay the fee and confirm your admission.

Pay fee only when you get the message on your admission form dashboard.  Follow the instructions in the message.
